Для восстановления значений по умолчанию в системном реестре, которые отвечают за работу службы "Центр обеспечения безопасности" (Security Center) скопируйте код в текстовый файл, сохраните его, присвойте файлу расширение *.reg, запустите файл и согласитесь с внесением изменений в реестр.
